As part of RISA’s commitment to constantly evolve and enhance
the services we offer we have been progressively enhancing the
RISA website. You will have seen changes to the Free Fields and
other parts of the site. Consistent with this commitment RISA
recently launched RISAForm, RISA’s new fully enhanced and
interactive Racing Materials subscriptions service for personal
use of Racing Materials incorporating access to Racing Materials
traditionally available via RSB products :

RISAForm is fully interactive providing expanded access to
Racing Materials.
It costs nothing to subscribe to RISAForm, access to Products
are billed on a user pay model on a per meeting or horse
submitted basis.
By subscribing to RISAForm you can access Free Race Fields and
separately purchase access to Racing Materials from the list of
products above.
RISAForm subscribers are able to create and maintain their own
account details real-time and manage the credit in their
accounts via our new real-time payment gateway.

New Subscribers
Effective Monday 1st September 2008 new RSB Subscriptions will
no longer be processed. Only RISA’s new RISAForm Subscriptions
Accounts will be available.
Existing RSB Subscribers
Effective Monday 1st September 2008 credit top ups of existing
RSB Subscriptions will no longer be processed. Existing RSB
subscribers wishing to top up the credit in their accounts can
subscribe directly into RISAForm by clicking on the RISAForm
option [Insert link here] Alternatively existing RSB Subscribers
can contact the RISA Service Centre on 03 9258 4700 and our RISA
Service Centre team will assist you in creating your new
RISAForm subscriber account. Once you have your new RISAForm
Account you will then be able to manage your account details
ongoing and via our new payment gateway will be able to manage
your own credit top-up at any time.
Transferring your existing RSB Subscriber Credit to
RISAForm
If you are an existing RSB Subscriber who has credit in your
account, this credit can be transferred to a new RISAForm
account. To transfer your existing credit contact the RISA
Service Centre on 03 9258 4700. Our RISA Service Centre team
will assist you in creating your new RISAForm subscriber account
and transferring your existing RSB Subscriber credit. Once you
have your new RISAForm Account you will be able to manage your
account details ongoing and via our new payment gateway will be
able to manage your own credit top-up at any time.
